How can JHB Counselling help?

JHB counselling listens, supports and responds to Clients in need of emotional support. In our lives some of us may suffer emotional and physical traumas, difficulties and fears that we may find difficult to talk to others about. It can sometimes be hard to confide in those closest to us for fear of being judged, not being believed or understood, or we do not want to worry other people. Some may feel that they simply do not have anyone to turn to or to gain support from. Depression and anxiety may strike for no obvious reason and this may lead to feelings of isolation and despair.
